2) Transport

Carrier or drive in with valid transit plates and insurance. Photograph condition on pickup and delivery.

3) Customs clearance

Passenger cars pay VAT on the customs value. No import duty for HS 8703. Keep purchase and transport proofs.

4) Technical compliance

Adjust lighting or other items if needed. Bring compliance evidence.

5) Inspection

Book roadworthiness inspection with the car, ID and papers.

6) Insurance

Buy mandatory liability cover before registration.

7) Registration and plates

Register, verify plate type and spelling, and collect the registration certificate.
